Which type of massage should you choose when you aren't sure what you actually need?

I’ve been thinking about getting a massage lately, but the more I read about it, the more confused I get. Classic, relaxation, sports, Thai... they all seem to serve slightly different purposes. I don’t want to just book something at random and then realize I needed a completely different type. How do you choose? Do you base your decision on where you’re hurting, or more on whether you just want to relax?

During one of my visits to Prague, I also thought about finding a massage to relieve some fatigue. There are so many massage places in Prague that I normally don’t pay much attention to individual names unless someone recommends them. Prague Fenix was an exception because the concept was noticeably different. I took a look at the price list https://prague-fenix.cz/price/ to see what was actually on offer. It helped put the concept into context, although I still think the atmosphere is the hardest thing to grasp from a website.
